Shipping policy
Please ensure that you read this policy thoroughly before shopping with Luxury hair Co. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms listed in our policy.
All items are shipped through UPS & Fedex
Our processing time is 3-7 Business days (Note: the processing time is the timeframe needed to prepare your order. In this time frame there will be no tracking number provided)
Our shipping time is 2-5 Business days(Note: the shipping time is the timeframe needed for the shipping company to deliver the product. Before the shipment is sent out you will be provided with a tracking number through email)
We are not responsible for lost, or damaged packages.  In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with FedEx or UPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to a wrong address per your entry. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee.
